Tina Harris is a mulit-faceted artist who is best know for her layering of poetic vocals and raps over beds of pop, rock, R&B, hip hop and classical elements. She got her start in the music industry as a dancer for the Euro-Dance Group Snap saw her destiny first hand on the stage of Michael Jackson. As the opening act she proclaimed her passion for music and the art of being an entertainer.
The year 1998 saw the first introduction of Tina Harris to the world as Sweetbox. As the front person for the World wide project “Sweetbox” Tina wrote all 11 tracks on the multi platinum selling album. (“Everything’s Gonna Be Alright”) The Sweetbox Album was released in more than 45 countries and has sold more than 5 million albums/singles worldwide and received numerous awards and accolades.
Tina jumped out of her sweetbox and settled into her own brand of power packaging Tina was ready to unleash her love and passion of music on the entire world and the birth of her solo album “Love Makes The World Go Round” was done. In May 2003, it was released.
“ I believe that love is a beautiful thing and all the world really needs is love and a big hug”, said Tina.
On that album she co-works with for example the Q-Connection and Reflexx rapper Kevin Tyson.
Since then, we don't exactly know what she is doing.
