LEGENDS & DIAMONDS - The dream becomes reality

I will update this thread continously the coming week, since its a lot to update.

So, this is what you all have been waiting for. All the news!

The project name: LEGENDS & DIAMONDS
Why have we chose this name for a final name? Well, it was when I went to some important meetings in Switzerland in April this year, where people told me "man, you got such an amazing project, but your name "The E.R.R. Project" doesnt click! You have to show a person a A4 side, and attract and catch that person with one single chance. How do you do that? Well, first of all by having a amazing presentation. A good name is very important!!!! The songs deserve a better name. People will ask, what's E.R.R. ? And then you will have to answer and explain...
So I went back to Sweden, and immediately started to think of a new name and direction for the project. After many many days and tips from other people, I was thinking: Since we have both already known stars, with million of records sold, mixed with new and talented names on the album, it would be cool to have something that showd and told about them in a name.. But how in once sentance, or just 2-3 words? I was thinking and thinking, and after 50 names, I chose 25, then 10, then 5...and then one that clicked.
LEGENDS = The already known artists, with millions of records sold.
DIAMONDS = The new, talented artists, that have a bright future in the music business.
So... LEGENDS & DIAMONDS it was And everybody (the production team, the promo team, labels etc...) loved it!
So we had a company to make the official Legends & Diamonds logo in super high quality, and we also had another company created the amazing new website. Of course I had to sit weeks with this!! Weeks!

The release date: Vol1 = Oktober/November, Vol2 = 2011

Number of songs on Vol1 = 15. Full tracklists on www.legendsanddiamonds.com

And yes, the album will come as a physical cd, that can be ordered worldwide, as I promised you, as well as a digital release. It will also have a 12 page booklet. We decided to split the album in 2 volumes at first, since we have produced so many songs, and the plan the nest 2 years is full booked. Official music videos, releases... shows.... Etc. I will get into detailes later on.

Allow me to start by saying, and adding to Tumbo's words, today is a day which every euro-rap fan will remember for the rest of his/her life!

As T mentioned me in the above post, that I have heard snippets of this biggest project in the history of T-Music, I am reassuring every word that he said. It's simply unbelievable... This is the word to use. Freakin' UNBELIEVABLE!

Let me take you back to the story from my side with this... way back in time... you'll see that what was achieved here, is success! This is by all means a story of success. This is the top. This is “IT”!

I remember when we were on the ezboard old forum, which not many here today are familiar with. We were a bunch of fans discussing and sharing the passion of music like we do everyday. It was since the beginning, T-Music stepped more forward and forward. It's amazing when you think what was it like back then, and where we stand today. When we moved from there to Euro-Rap.com. When the first artist joined T-Music. When we never gave up hope and stood still while people were saying Euro-Rap is dead. Tumbo is here today to tell those who said so: In yo face!!

When T was telling me what was being worked on and sent me some snippets, I was getting crazy. I mean really, really, crazy! Can you imagine? The thoughts of songs featuring artists like Nana, Down Low and Eric XL Singleton all in one was in imagination land for me. You may dream of a new album from one of those and wish for that dream to come true. But here, more than 35 of our artists, in one album, with the pure euro-rap sound?! Never in your wildest dreams you would think this would come to be!

Well, here it does I can't wait to see all of your reactions here too. I received this shock little by little, so I'm kinda worried about you people . I told T once that this was actually dangerous! Seriously.. I just heard this one snippet... and it got me a music heart attack! And I assure you, you will know what I mean when the time comes

This is the most special time above all. 2009 is a year we'll never forget. People... I have been here for so long and I know the love and passion Tumbo has for this music. It's unique. I'm going to speak on behalf of him and tell you he has worked and worked like no one else would. When I used to talk to him throughout the working process I sensed it. And like Butch described it, nothing like this has ever been done before. And it's damn true! So T, I ain't saying thank you man, it ain't enough. My way of saying it was my past, is my present and will be my future here. Forever sharing this huge passion and love for our artists and euro-rap. Because truly, with this, everything is possible! Just as you stated... And as it went bigger and bigger step by step to reach this, It's only getting bigger everyday! Who knows what tomorrow holds? It's gonna be as hard to imagine as this was. If I were you I would be damn proud of were you stand today! You earned it, and you deserve it!

I ain't gonna make it too long. Cause the longer post is yet to come . But I've been thinking, since everyone will read this topic, what the old members that stopped coming here mostly for giving up on euro-rap have to say?
People like Sultan, which won't resist missing a song featuring Nana.
Llg, will not sit still when there's new songs featuring Lamar & Joe.

I remember when i was disappointed about the cancellation of the Euro-Rap/Euro-Dance festival in Poland and you told us that something bigger is coming up but i never, even in my wildest dreams, could think what that comment was hiding behind!!!!

Tumbo thank you from the bottom of my heart for this enormous project that you have undertake! I really wish and I am at the same time certain that this will succeed and I really wish that it will bring a new era of Euro-Rap music back for good! I will definitely support all your effort T and i can't wait to put that double cd album in my collection!!!!!!!!

A BIG THANK YOU to all this great euro-rap artists/producers that are going to make this possible and especially to Drastic for doing the first step and giving Tumbo the power to go on!

Man even i dont know where 2 start.

Since i´m in touch wit my man Tumbo we were discussin about this huge project.
As u all already know that another passion of mine is producin beats.
I came up with beats like "Our Story", "Angels die 2", "Unda da bridge" and many more. And i made T go crazy

T came up wit this weird idea: Y dont we create a whole new album wit all euro-rap artists on it?
i was like c´mon man, u know i dont do euro-rap and didnt believe a second in it . but it sounded kinda interessting.
so i had 2 learn very much about this style.
He sent me the biggest hits and i was like: Lets see!
Couple of days later i sent him the first beat and he was like whhooaaa!
I don´t think its pure euro-rap. I think its a mix between todays music and euro, nah mean?
Since i gave him an overdose of my beats he´s bothering me almost errday now
But thats wut i like on that dude.

Imma tell ya´ll! U´ll never forget this!
